Sleep Surprises: Our Weird Sleep-Wake Perception

This sleep education course consists of six modules, delivered one a week, for six weeks.In each module you'll learn about sleep-wake perception, its evolutionary roots, The Cycle of Sleep Effort and Anxiety and How Efforts to Control Sleep Backfire, Surprise as a Learning Tool, the Neuroscience of Time Distortion, Designing Experiments to Test Sleep Perceptions, Linking Experiments to Personal Values, and Applying New Insights to Everyday Life.

You will need about 20 minutes each week to read the course content and 5-10 minutes daily to complete the sleep diary and journalling exercises. Each module arrives at the start of the week, so you'll have a week to complete your sleep diaries and journalling, providing the resources you need to see sleep differently.You have email support from Rosemary Clancy throughout the course.
